This achievement is unlocked through natural progression of the main storyline. To be more precise. The (2nd level) after you have gained access to the federal archives you will need to recover the tablet at the top of a pile of boxes. Once done, you then must release the squid on Kamunrah's minions and get the tablet 1 last time. After a few cutscenes you must run for the exit and the achievement will unlock when you exit.
