The best way to achieve this is to focus only on planes identified as kamikaze, don't focus on the zeros and other planes. Use the "A" button to toggle through the different enemies so you can focus on the kamikazes only. This will unlock at the first check point. Also focus your fire where the plane is going to be so your cross hairs should be in front of the plane.
