| Once you go through the net with your midget sub continue straight to the river that is right in front of you if you don't turn towards the objective marker. Follow the river till you reached the cave, on the tac map it looks like a brown rock. You can enter the cave surfaced and there is a picture of I believe the dev team holding a Japanese flag. |

Hey all you achievement-hunters, this is one of those achievements you have to have.
Here we go.
First: slip through the net and follow the first transport.
Second: After slipping through net follow the waypoint towards the next marker.
Third: get into the harbor before exploring anywhere!
Fourth: once you get a checkpoint, now it is time to explore.
Fifth and final: dont forget to stay away from any PT, DD boats as they will spot you, but dont worry about getting air, just plot courses around defensive boats and you will do just fine.
To get secret and gold: Go back to the far right of the map and explore the dot marked O-815 it is the hidden objective. after that head to the river that leads up to the top left hand part of the map, (only top left area, looks like a big rock. ) once you pass the hard turns you can surface and not worry until you reach cave entrance.
Got this all in 2 full run throughs and never lost a single sub. Have fun.

To obtain the achievement you need to enter the underwater cave, located at the end of the upper north eastern river.
You can either choose to rush your way up there, or take the stealthy approach by following the transporters underneath the net and avoid any hostile boats on your way there.
As soon as your submarine passes the opening of the cave the achievement should unlock.
