First I went into exibition and used Brock Lesner against Frank Mir, use Lesner. His takedown and submission escape are very good.

When the fight starts go for the takedown by holding LT and moving the right analog stick.

After the takedown just sit in the guard position and Mir will eventually go for a triangle choke. Once the camera rotates start moving the right analog stick COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.

All you have to do is repeat that 20 time, it is kinda cheap but it got the job done.
