You should get this through just playing the story, but if you don't, load up Act 4: Interlude & play the first chapter which is called race.
About 2 - 3 minutes in you will run over about 6 - 7 people if you don't get the achievement just load last checkpoint until you get it. |

| There is long sections in Mesa Dorado where u have to drive and there is dude u can run over... I just kept circling back till I ran over enough |
