I didn't find out about this until I already had the achievement, which would have saved a lot of time.
It is very accurate and I even made a new playthrough just to test it out for you guys :)
So I recommend printing off the ore location section and crossing out the group of ore once you've got each one. From Parker to Free Fire Zone for all 300 ores surprisingly does not take that long. It only took me 3 hours to go over all the spots for ores. I know it would have saved me loads of time and I find it more effective than the map. |

Found a great site that helped me to get this.
There are a total of 303 ore locations in the game I saved the maps and then put them in Microsoft paint and just went to town.
