Easiest way to do this is to play through the game until you unlock Eos Sector. Then, repeatedly do the side mission with Jenkins where you destroy EDF property in the gunner seat. You can play that side mission indefinitely. Should get around 80-90 million in EDF property damage every time you play the side activity.
