Use the "Patsy" ability which is available for purchase after the 12th or 13th mission.
Disguise yourself as a military personnel, nearby another military personnel hold LT to target the person and RB and press X. You will pretend like that target is the threat and nearby military will begin to shoot and attack him.
Do this 5 times and its yours. However, the Patsy ability does have a recharge time so you may have to run around for a minute or two before doing it again |

| I got this in military bases. If there is a target you want to consume but you are being watched and cannot stealth consume, simply patsy a soldier and the people around turn, look and kill. This gives you the chance to sneak up and stealth kill your intended target. |

| I've done this Achievement by Infiltrating a Military Base, Then I went to a military personnel wich wasn't seen by anyone and I pressed the RB button and the B button so you Disguise yourself like a military personnel and you can use the Patsy upgrade... When you've done this, you can start to Patsy 5 other military personnel and you should get the Achievement. |
