This achievement is for beating the final boss of the game. This is not going to be an easy fight.
This boss has some really devastating attacks, including a ramped up version of your tendril devastator. If you get caught in that attack, you might as well pause and quit to the main menu because you will die pretty much no matter what your health was when you get caught or whether or not you have the armor skill active. Because of this, you'll really want to try to keep your distance, but you also must keep moving because the boss is very fast himself.
During the first 2/3 of the bosses health bar, the military will be involved in the fight. You could just let them whittle away at him as you run away if you want to, but this will take a very long time and once you hit that final 1/3 of health will no longer be an option. When the bosses health reaches that point, the military will abandon the ship and a 1:45 timer will kick in. At this point you must defeat the boss quickly.
The easiest method I have found for defeating the boss is to use a power you likely haven't used at all up to this point, the Musclemass Power. Turn it on then just run around tossing things at the boss. Depending on the item thrown, you also have a chance to stun him allowing you to deal a lot of damage. Also, if you get a large opening, like the boss using his devastator and their are several enemies around, try consuming them and trying to reach critical mass. If you manage it, use the Critical Pain Devastator (X+B), preferably in the air to help avoid attacks, to cause massive damage on him. |

My tactic for doing this boss was as follows;
Ensuring that as the bosses health starts to get low (at a certain point a 1:50 minutes timer will begin) I made sure that I was on completely full health, enough to do 3 Devastator's. Easy enough to do, sprint around, sprint-grab a soldier and take them behind the large building/block/thing on the ship, consume, then run out and repeat. Any damage I did to the boss was mainly done with dropped guns.

Two words, Critical Pain.
Get the upgrade - Critical Pain devastator, don't bother with Armour, it'll slow you down.
At the start, run/jump around dodging the hunter and consume a few soldiers until your in Critical Mass. Then target Mr Supreme Hunter and use Critical Pain (In Air + (hold) X + A.
It'll take just about 1/4 of his health away in 1 swift movement, very shortly you'll get the countdown with the bomb, all the soldiers will be running away to get off the ship, but try grab a few until your in critical mass again, use critical pain and it should finish him off.
I spent about 2 hours trying the "chuck missiles method". I spent about 5 minutes with this method |

I didn’t have any luck with any of the other solutions (which isn’t to say they won’t work for you, I might just be lacking the skills). I ended up getting blade to work for me and it was pretty efficient. The blade does a fair amount of damage but it also has the ability to stun.
As soon as the cut scene was over I switched on my armor and my blade and ran right for him. I tried to stay behind him as much as possible. I quickly stunned him, jumped on his back and hammered away at him. After he threw me off I moved off to the distance so he could use his devastator. As soon as his tendrils started to retreat I ran back at him and repeated. If I got knocked away from him I would just run back up to him.
I think it only took three or four rounds of stunning him before it was over. I started with only half of my health and didn’t use any devastators or try and consume any soldiers. |

| This battle is actually a very easy one. When you are fighting the boss all u have to do in equip armour and whipfist. When the supreme hunter is standing still (which he often does) then lock on to him and whipfist attack him with Y (hold Y for stronger attack). Keep doin this repetitively for about 1 minute and his health wll continue to decrease. Remember to keep moving as well and do not get caught by that devastator that he does. When you keep whipfisting him eventually he will be stunned at which you you grab him and impale him - This should be done with the BLADE. Then finish off the battle with a whipfist and HE WILL DIE.

| I tried some of the methods mentioned above and the closest one that worked easily for me was JD SCFC Critical Pain Devastator attacks on the Supreme Hunter. The way I did this was grab as many soldiers as possible to build up critical mass for the attacks. Now instead of risking getting hit with the Hunters devastating attacks I actually let the military do 2/3 rds of the damage delt to him and taking no hits from either them or him. I did this by running and hiding behind the ships Control tower... as the Supreme Hunter tried to attack me from the side the military bombed him as he was stuck trying to jump thru the Tower to get to me... (not sure if this will work everytime as it may have been a glitch in the game)... I would run to get hisattention long enought to hit him with critical pain, grab a few soliers then hide again til the bomb counter started. From there I hit him with 3 Critical Pain attacks and he was finished. note though he almost beat me with his Devastating attack near the end so keep some distance for your final attack. Hope this works for you guys as itdid me! |

| This is definatly the hrdest fight in the entire game. When you start out, put your full body armor on. Switch to whipfist and sprint to the mass of grounded helicopters. Throw all of them, and ide step when he charges. He may get a few hits in, but with armor, it wont do a ton of damage. When he throws his arms out and a shockwave emerges from his body, RUN LIKE HELL. He's using a devestator attack. Yes, he can. At this point, I ran to grab a rocket launcher from a dead marine. They are quite plentiful. Fire every misile at him while hes in the devastator attack, for he doesnt move. Then, throw more helicopters.Use a machine gun of you want to. He shold be stunned about now, so press B to grab him and mash X to impound his brain. He shoul have a sliver left when the timer appears. Now, switch to Claws and use ground spike from a distance. If you dont have it, buy all the upgrades for it. If you get down to blue health, jump and hold X and Y and youll fall to the ground and unleash a powerful devastator that will stop him from charging and inflict some killer damage. He should be stunned. If not, throw a helicopter and he will be. Repeat as said above and he should have 2-5% health. Ground spike him once and he'll fall to the ground dead and you win! |

| I ran around in my armor and kept doing the hold Y whip fist attack on normal difficulty. Didnt have that much time at the end but he gets stunned wen he has about 1/8 health or something like that and u can grab and bash him on the head which will almost kill him. Then, one last hit with the whipfist will kill him. |

This achievement is for beating final boss in this game
as said above it's a really hard fight .
I FAILED THIS BOSS ABOUT 5-10 TIMES ON NORMAL 1ST PLAYTHROUGH.
When possible pick up and throw helicopters from the deck.
Hijack them also by locking on to heli [LT],
Then using jump-kick[in mid air] press [X],
Then when you are about to make contact with the heli press[B].
Then make the most of the limited time because supreme will throw rocks and they are basically impossible to dodge this is how i finished the boss.
I NEVER USED ANY CLAWS, SWORD OR ANY MELEE WEAPONS JUST THREW AND FLEW.
Make sure to get the musclemass power and max speed and jumping .
