After the Mother boss fight, where you fight Elizabeth Greene, Sequence 8 of the Web of Intrigue unlocks. In order to get this achievement you need to consume three people, all in the southeast area of the map:
- Dr. Nathan McKnight — in the area near the Nothing Left Alive and Rooftop Runner events.
- Eric Stewart — by the military base and Strange Bedfellows event.
- 1stLt Luis Robertson — in the rectangle south of the Over-Arching Triumph event, near the Armor event.
You have to consume them in this order; you can't consume Robertson until you get Stewart, and you can't consume Stewart until you get McKnight.
Once you consume 1stLt Luis Robertson, the achievement should pop. |

Alternatively to EnkiduV3. If you go south 2 streets from where Little Italy is written on the map you'll find a reasonably large sized area. Toward the centre of this rectangular block you'll find 1Lt. Luis Robertson. To simplify further, if you look on the map and find where the icon for 'Centre of Power' (Movement event) his red circular icon will appear below that (in respect to the menu map).
Consume him and the achievement will pop up. |

Gerald Morse is also the direct link to Winninger's web and they are on Seq 7.
I had to unlock some people in seq 7 before Winninger poppep up for me so if you go to the location and he isn't there don't freak out, that just means you need to unlock a few more webs before you get him. |
