This achievement is easy -- simply play an 18-hole round with any max stats constume (there are six in TW10).

The difficulty is earning the $5mil required to buy the max stats costume. (You can also purchase with MS points.) It is not difficult to earn $5mil, but it does take some time. You'll need to win some majors and/or the FedEx Cup to get this fairly quickly.

you can follow the other guide, if you dont mind working for the achievement, but you can also just spend 300 microsoft points in the pro shop and then equip the outfit and play a 18 hole game to unlock the achievement.
