Cursed items are located as blue on your PKE meter. The first one I found was in a soda machine in the hotel when you are paired up with Ray.

Cursed items are not that hard to find, you usually know when one is around when you get an on screen prompt to equip your PKE meter. The item will appear as blue and just follow the signals and the item will be ghostly purplish/pink when you look at it. Just scan it to collect it.
