Full credit on this goes to Hawk199 on xbox360achievements.org, except for this pearl of wisdom: You can load up the checkpoint, scan the ghost, and then quit without needing to go to another checkpoint. You'll still have the ghost in your guide!
* The Sub-Chapters aren't the only ones where u can scan the ghost within the chapter but the best place to scan them
* The Ghost scan are in 'encounter' Order and some ghost are repeated.
* Important note - Must have Spirit Guide Update to get a confirm scan
* A ghost will still show up in your spirit guide even if you don't have a 100% scan. Basically if you are missing a ghost, check the info page about it. If there is anything listed as "unknown" then you have not done a complete scan. Once the Tobin's Spirit Guide entry is entirely filled out, you have 100% scanned that entity.
* Only ghost that was any kind of trouble was the "Kitchen Flier". Basically run around willy nilly with your PKE Meter and take scans of pots/pans.
