The laser cannon is a two handed weapon that Rudo uses and will be the most expensive weapon (20,000M) to date when when you visit the town of Piata. This will also be the first town where you can get the hidapipe achievement. You will need the water scooter in order to get there since it is located in the southeast corner of Mota the first planet you start out on. You will probably need to grind/level your characters in order to get enough meseta, I was level 21 before I had enough, but your mileage may vary. Just buy the laser cannon and the achievement unlocks.
