The easiest round where a nuke will most likely appear is round 3(author tested). Try and keep the zombies from getting into the upper room as long as you can, then once they get in make sure you don't kill any or else there's a good chance the nuke will pop up. Instead, run around the open area or go downstairs and run around until you feel they are ALL in front of or near you. Then you may proceed to decapitate them until there is one left, presumably the nuke is there and you can now run to it and destroy the lone zombie.
