Pick a driver, pick a circuit and then simply complete 15 clean laps.

Varano is probably the best choice to do it quickly because it's a simple track and 1 lap takes only like 1min15 to complete.
As always in the game, you must return to main screen to gain your achievement.

Must be done in one sitting.
