This can be done after the 2 brothers reach the family home. Get to the front doors of the house standing in the red zone highlighted. Both brothers will burst through the door and you will see 4-5 enemies. In CCM time slows down so make sure you line up the crosshairs and shoot each enemy as the crosshairs pass over them. Kill all enemies before the mode ends.

If it doesn't work, just reload the last checkpoint which will take you back to the front door.
