For this achievement you need you watch the ending credits of the game, once you've finished watching them the achievement will unlock, you can also skip the credits and the achievement will still unlock.
You don't have to complete the game for this achievement, if you want to get it out of the way you can go into "Extras" from the main menu and in there you'll have an option to watch the credits, doing this still allows you to unlock the achievement.
