The Speedy Brewer Badge is awarded for mixing a potion within 35 seconds. I earned this achievement with the "Wit Sharpening Potion" and it is probably the only potion it is possible for; I think the others would take too long even if mixed perfectly. You still need to be pretty quick and you can't afford to make a mistake, but it will only take you a few goes at most to get it.
