This achievement requires some amount of luck and lot of patience as one small mistake can ruin your chance.
First set the difficulty to Easiest, use 1 round matches and time limit as 30 seconds. Use Zangief to easily reach Seth, lose and then use Akuma to finish.
Now set the difficulty to Hardest, use 1 round matches and time limit as 99 seconds. Use Zangief and beat Arcade mode without using a continue and get atleast 1 perfect round, 3 Ultra Combo finishes and 5 First Attacks (deal the first blow). Once Seth is beaten, Gouken will appear. Beat him to get the achievement.
Tip: Initially try to get the 5 First Attacks as much as you can and damage the opponent just enough that an Ultra Combo would kill him. Then try getting hit occasionally to fill your Revenge bar and then perform the Ultra Combo to finish.
To get the perfect, doing it against Abel seems to be simpler as he always appears before Seth. Time your Double Lariats just as he finishes his roll move and keep your distance and he should go down without much trouble. Also Chun Li or Sakura seem to be good baits for getting a perfect.
The hardest part is against Seth. Always be on guard for his attacks and Double Lariat when you can for damage. Once Seth is beaten, Gouken shouldn't be that hard to beat. |
