This seems pretty standard but I thought I would clear a few things up. I got this while going for Bull Fighter. Critical hits occur when you hit an opponent who is trying to hit you. You can tell that this has happened because instead of a normal flash you will see a yellow flash when your attack makes contact. This must be done in local versus or online, and is much easier with the assistance of a friend or second controller rather than a bot exhibition match.
