For this one you have to find and read all memos on Monkey Island. Just remember to get this one before you enter the Monkey Head.

1. On the beach directly south of the fort.
- from the cannibals to Herman

2. Close to the ancient rock firing device (before you use it)
- from Herman to the cannibals

3. Close to the ancient rock firing device (after you use it)

4. Next to the dam you blow up. Beneath a small flint rock.
- from the cannibals to LeChuck

5. The pond where you find a body and some rope.
- from LeChuck to the cannibals

6. The beach closest to the Monkey Head clearing. In a bottle.
- to Herman from his attorneys

7. The beach closest to the cannibal village
- from Herman to the cannibals

8. Inside the cannibals' hut.
- from the cannibals to LeChuck

- There is also a note on a tree on the first beach where you land. This one probably doesn't count since you don't pick it up.
