I found a great Youtube video online that helped me get my weapon kills easily just by farming kills. This allows you to just sit in one spot and get most of your weapon kills. I was able to get my NanoHacker, Freeze Gun, Incendiary Charges, Shot Bolter, Cluster Rifle, and Plasma Gun achievements all doing this method. You could also use this method to get your defeat 100, 500, and 1000 enemies doing this!
Watch this video and it will tell you exactly where you need to be..NOTE: This is on the FBI level, even though it will state it in the video. Also, when you are going for the NanoHacker achievement..The best way I found is to convert the fire extinguisher to your side and it will just keep killing the little spider guys! Hope this helps with any of the above achievements that I was able to get using this spot. :)
