| The video guide by killerpuggle on Youtube shows where you find Maw on level 3-17, near the end of the game. Can skip ahead to about 1 minute into the video if you're impatient.

replacement video for the above solution, as that video no longer works, credit to youtube's "Killerpuggle" for this one
it's on level 3-17, can get bearings from about 1:05 into the video for where to find Maw though the video shows the level from the start if you're stuck.

| This achievement is on level 3-17, found by going left after falling down between the spiked walls and destroying the 2 scientists with the grenade barrels. I included a video from my Youtube channel that is higher quality than the above 2 solutions.
