I got this achievement without even trying for it. All you need to do is make sure the difficulty is on All-Pro and go play the first Madden Moment challenge. I think its called "Championship #6". If you complete the challenge the achievement should unlock

Do it in the games from the past game mode, choose and scenario were you need to come back in the final 2 mins of the game and by beating it you get de achievement (not in a 5 min qtrs all-pro difficulty complete game)
