She is found at the end of the 5th Arctic mission Arctic Arsenal,

you fight her between different waves.Which are made up of three waves of soldiers,one of two turrets,and the last is a flying robotic gunship.

i used Scarlett with heavy weapon's as the other teammate and fired my triple burst explosive homing bolt's(press B) every time on her.
