Few of the achievements in this game could be considered easy, and that certainly applies to this achievement.
To get this achievement, you must complete the Groundhog Returns level (under Medium difficulty), with 0 faults, and with never touching the left stick. That leaves you with only the gas and brake to control the orientation of the biker, which neither happen to work while airborne for obvious reasons. Needless to say this can get a bit complicated.
The bike I managed to complete this with was the Scorpion 250cc (which is the same bike used in the video below I believe). Anything else seems too prone to flip.
