| On the level Jolly Jumper (the last map on Medium) right after the first checkpoint, there is a huge pit. The pins are on the right side of this pit. Simply bail out of the bike before hitting the ramp and try to hit the pins as hard as possible. You could alter the movement of your character in mid air a bit so try to adjust based on the bail out. Here is a video that helped me out (credit goes to kinggg4d):
