To get the maximum score in a domination event, you need to do 2 things:
Set the fastest time on each section of the track (the section will highlight in green on the left-hand meter if you currently have the fastest time).
and
Finish the event in 1st place.
If you did it correctly, you should see all 10s across the leaderboard for you at the end of the race.
I was able to do this on my second try on the first domination event you unlock in Japan, using the BMW Z4 M Coupe Motorsport on casual difficulty. |

I had all maximum points at all sections (10 each), and the cheevo didn't unlock here.
Also, I failed it every time by losing a section at the end of the race. SO what I did, was when the race started, I didn't drive until the other cars were 30 seconds away. That way you can drive as fast as you can, without having the interference of the other cars. Just make sure you nail Section 1 on Lap 2 as fast as possible and you should be fine! |

The reason why TinoeS NL didn't get the achievement to work is because he waited the 30 seconds before driving off on the race.
To get the achievement you must dominate every section for every lap of the race. This will net you the max amount of points and the achievement.
I too used the first domination event unlocked in Japan along with the BMW Z4 M coup like ixnay37. I also lowered the difficulty to easy. The hardest part is dominating the first section immediately after the race starts. |
