For the achievement, you must reach level 30 in Dirt Tout.

Almost everything you do in DiRT2 earns you experience points. Just keep running races & throwdowns until you've earned enough XP to hit level 30 and this achievement is yours.

This achievement can be earned on ANY difficulty setting.

Normally you should have while making the quest of others achievements.
