Edit: 22nd April 2013 - No longer achievable.
This one I found a little bit tricky. I went to dirt tour, then went to time trial underneath each location.
Now, the other solutions here are saying to scroll down the leaderboards to get a time you can beat, well I scrolled down the leaderboards for 5 minutes and it was only a second slower.
So:
do a track in a type of car you don't normally do it in, for instance Battersea Bridge in a rally car (not rally cross like normal). Then do one lap nice and slow. Make sure that time is recorded.
Go back, do another time trial on the same track and cars and there will be a screen with three "Empty Slots". Click on one, choose leaderboard, and it will jump to your time from the slow lap.
Choose the time below you, and race against it at full speed. Achievement pops as you cross the line.
This method should be several minutes quicker than scrolling through leaderboards. |

This one is actually pretty easy to get; it just isn't really evident how.
From the Dirt Tour map, select any region and choose Time Trial from the bottom. Pick a course and class of vehicle and hit A to continue. As long as you're connected to Xbox Live a menu should come up for you to choose ghosts. Simply highlight an Empty Slot and hit A, then choose leaderboard. Just scroll down to a time you know you can easily beat, download it and beat the time.
**There seem to be a lot of people having trouble either connecting to the leaderboards, or downloading the ghosts. Even though it may say Ghost Download Failed, I was still able to compete against the other user's time and get the achievement.** |

DON'T use flashbacks! First attempt I made I used a couple of flashbacks as I kept "visiting" the scenery :) and it invalidated my time at the end :(
On my next attempt I didn't crash once, took it a bit easier (I chose ghosts a long way down the list!) and didn't use a single flashback. Achievement popped up when I crossed the line |

| This Achievement can no longer be obtained due to the shut down of DiRT Net on the 23rd of September 2012 the Servers are still up and working fine but DiRTnet has been shut down completely making this Achievement unobtainable. |

You can select the time from the bottom of the board. It'll just take you awhile to scroll down that far.
I wouldn't use any flashbacks, but it won't be a problem if you use the bottom time as you'll have 25 minutes to be able to complete the track, so just take your time and don't crash your car enough where it's totaled and you'll be alright. |

If you dont wish to do the above where they are setting there own time, you can simply just put an elastic band or similar around your controller joystick and then go and get a drink. I had a reasonable time after 2 minutes which was easily beatable.
I did it on London - Battersea Park if anyone is interested.
