This is story related and cannot be missed and must be done in single player only and NOT coop play.

In this mission you must traverse a jungle area and clear out the various villages and outposts to save 3 sets of civilians.

Once you rescue the 3rd set of civillians you will be caught in a gas trap and the mission will end.
