A very easy way to guarantee this achievement without trying. First click career, then:

1. Plug in a second controller with a mic.

2. Put the mic in front of a fan, and put that user on beginer.

3. Play your favorite instrument on your favorite difficulty.

4. Play career like you normaly would and eventualy unlock the 20 band moments achievement on your way to beating the game!

This also makes getting 5 stars easier. Or you could use the "fan trick" by its self to 100% songs and get 6 stars on every song.
