I figured out how to do this all by yourself.
First you must have - Drums - 2 Guitars (One playin as bass and one as guitar) - and a Xbox 360 Headset or Mic.
sign all your controllers one as your Account and the other as guests.
Now put all difficultys at beginner have the mic sittin next to somethin that makes noise and u will b playin as all other instruments now wait for a intrument to have star power comin and do it than change instrument til all four instruments have star power. Now ativate it and the achievement will pop up.
I know this sounds silly but everytime i try to join someones game i can never get a standard band. |

| You have to have a lead, bass, vocalist, and drummer to get this. I've done with 4 guitars and it doesn't work unless it is a standard band |
