Story-Related: Can't be missed.

There are a few sticky points in this stage, on harder difficulties (hard and insane), the second of the two arenas will take some serious work--I feel that the best way to take care of this is to run right from the start and take out the first spawn door, get up to the far right upper area, closing more doors, then work your way down towards the side with all the plants--where the minigun guy is. You're going to need some space to take him out.
