While playing through attempting to level up I discovered a litte trick!

Set the AI difficulty to Hard ( Even if you cant race against hard youll see why )
If you go into Quick Play, Select what race you want etc,

Change the number of Laps to 1 and Others Racing to 0.
Needless to say I was amazed to find that it Worked and counted as a ringle race, you get money and it adds towards your Minor Medals.
Get enough of these and you get your major :)

This is most useful to get all the Medals for ;

Each Map: Total of 3bronze/silver/gold/epic Medals- Clean lap and place in top 3 ( you always come first just dont hit anything )
Perfect Launches 1 Of each medal: As long as the N in your speedo is green this will count.
Racing on hard 1 Medal of each: 25 Laps at one lap each Race and you have 25 wins in easy medium and hard instant Epic medal.

Etc. Also counts toward mileage etc. Just there is at least 5 of each medal type.
