As Cordover wrote, you can earn a lot of medals while playing in Quick Race gamemode. All you have to do, to set the Difficulty to Hard (If you don't won the 25 races on hard yet) set the number of opponents to 0, and the number of laps to 1. I suggest you first complete the clean race medals. Here are the list of the tracks (with the number of corners)

While you are playing, you can still complete two medals:
- Perfect start
- Perfect turns

Don't forget to run clear sectors!

Each race will give you 40,000 dollars, so you can also buy 3 Japanese, European and American cars. I suggest you to tuning the breakes and the acceleration and don't buy anything which makes your car faster. With slower but more dirigible cars you can easier make perfect turns and the chance to deviate from the line will decrase. Try to change the cars on each races to complete the manufacture loyalty medals.

The dirty/clean overtakings are very-very easy too. I suggest you to choose an oval track, set the difficulty to Easy with 20 laps and 15 opponents. At clean overtakes take care to don't hit other car while overtaking, so drive on the edge of the track. (outer arc)

In dirty overtakes of course you have to do the negative. Drive in inner arc and hit every opponent before you overtake them.

If you take my advices, you can unlock a lot of achievement. :)

Good luck!
