I made this checklist. List all the characters, you can just check them off as you go. Fusions with Juggernaut do not count. At the time i made the chart I hadn't unlocked Fury, so just scratch out Juggs and put in Fury.

Also, it appears that you can start a Fusion attack and then just duck and roll to end it quickly, cutting the time it takes to do this down quite a bit.
