The best way I got this one was after I beat the game on one side and unlocked everyone (Thor, Hulk and Jean Grey) I went into the simulator room at any HQ point. Once there if you do "Basic Training" you can go through the easy steps and finish the simulator. Once you are done (About 2 min to finish) you have the option of staying in and keep fight people or exit.

DON'T EXIT! Stay there and just start killing people until you unlock you team member's 50 kills. Once everyone has there 50, pause switch out and repeat. Also, you can take this time and work through using your Fusions with all other members. The meter is always full and is a easy way to knock that one out. Happy Hunting!
