When your Upsucker is empty, stand near a blob of Cola, Honey or Oil at it will allow you to suck it up. Make sure you've got it all and that will count as 1 drop. You'll be required to do this several times throughout the game so you shouldn't need to grind out 50 but once number 50 is sucked, the achievement will pop. Why they didn't call this achievement 'You Suck!' I'll never know as it would have been hilarious. Probably.
