You'll see these Life Points lying around (they look like the achievement picture) and sometimes you'll get them for destroying some food (giant broccolli etc). However, you can only collect these Life Points if you have lost some energy (something you might need to go out of your way to do as the game is quite easy!) Collect 20 of these as you play through the game and the achievement will be yours.
