Simply kill 5 enemies with the knife (LB+RT if you use the controller). Should be really easy to get.

You should get it naturally by just playing but if you want to quickly grind it start the very first map and as soon as you get to a house with a window simply wait by the window for them to try to get in, you should be able to get more then enough within stab range. Do it on Amateur so they have lower health and do less damage. Also helps if you have a co-op partner as they wont steal the kills like the AI controlled character sometimes do.
