This is a storyline achievement and cannot be missed. It occurs towards the end of the game.
Spoilers below...
Once you have obtained the Titan Armour, following the main quest will result in you being confronted by Inquisitor Mendoza. You must defeat him in battle to earn this achievement.
He is a tough opponent, and your method of beating him will depend on your character build. Fighters should block often, ranged and magic users are best keeping their distance and attack him from afar. |
