Doing this achievement will earn you a nice set of achievements and new firefight characters, because you'll also get an achievement and firefight character for every mission you do on normal.

Just complete every mission (except Mombasa Streets, because that one is not required) on normal and this achievement will eventually pop up. This isn't very difficult for people who are familiar with Halo. Just remember that ODST's aren't as strong as the Master Chief.

If your new to Halo, make sure you hide behind cover if your screen turns red. Don't run into the fight, first kill some enemy's from a distance. Then go in for the kill. (You can also choose to kill everything from a distance, to be on the safe side).
