In the tutorial campground level, don't run to the exit but instead try to collect all the other Fire Flyers (50 total). The achievement unlocks as soon as you collect all 50, even if you don't make it to the exit. Remember to do the grab until you have all the nearby Flyers and then release so you get extra time.

If you mess up you can try again as much as you like.
