Win a race on Xbox LIVE. This is easier said than done as there are not many people who have the game and even fewer that play online. Also, 3 actual people have to be in the race in order for the achievement to unlock.
If you are lucky enough to have 2 friends who have the game then the achievement is easily had. Otherwise set up a boost session here on the site and hope enough people sign up.
