This achievement is obtained through normal plot progression. Once you reach Oldfox Canyon you have to work through the mandatory missions of breaking down the Wailing Gate, defeating Sion Regral and defeating Astaroth. Once you beat Astaroth the achievement will unlock.

Breaking down the Wailing Gate is relatively simple and the method is explained just before you approach it. Avoid the red glowing circles that appear on the ground as this is where arrows will aim to shoot and render you momentarily paralysed. Whilst this is going on, bombs will be thrown onto the ground, you need to use Juto in Movement Mode to kick the bombs towards the wall to break the seal that is protecting it. If you don't kick the bombs in a quick enough time they'll explode on the ground. Once you've kicked the bombs to break the seal, you can now attack the gate directly, I did this using Juto and Crocell alternating with chains, having Zephie at the back to help and heal when needed, but whatever works best for you. After a little time, the seal will reform. You need to back off from the gate now as moments after this spears shoot out of it. Repeat the process until the gate is broken :)

Next step is beating Sion Regral, to be honest I didn't have much issue fighting this guy. I picked off the supporting wizards first, then concentrated on him. Again, like before, I used Juto and Crocell with chains, and Zephie healing/attacking. These guys weren't so tough and were susceptible to Fever, so I'd recommend using Crocell at least in your team. They have a habit of using silence, though, luckily this status isn't permanent.

Lastly is defeating Astaroth, he utilises fire attacks so you should equip your characters with items that resist Fever and/or use Crocell as he is immune to it. I again used the same method as above, chaining with Juto and Crocell and having Zephie supporting through healing and attacking. Astaroth has three sections to him, both arms and then his main body, and he has a habit of moving around alot, which can make him a pain to hit with normal melee attacks like Juto's, but using dash is a good way to close the gap and get up close.
