Have to be found in either levels;
Jennings (level), 2-3: Directly to the left after leaving the bathroom with the bomb collar on, sitting on a shelving unit.
Obi (Level), 5-1: Sitting on a table after crossing the wooden plank at the top of the ladder that steam was blocking.
