| "Jennings" Level (2-4) - Right before you find the valve wheel you can get it off a dead minion who walked through a puddle and got electrocuted. If it is not on the dead minion, check on the table in the next room (thx Achilles8249). |

| Theres also another one on Jeff 6-2, right after you exit the stairwell take a left and keep going straight, its right there on the table next to the tv. |
