i found this this achievement just took a bit of trial and error. i did it on the first chapter with the first person you meet in a small room where there is a metal bar in a bin.
once the minion is on the floor hit LT+X and then hit the button it ask you too within a few seconds.
you can use the metal bar to hit the minion but if you 'curb stomp' the guy with this it will not count to the achievement.. it HAS to be to with your foot! |

| When fighting a minion you must first knock them down. To do this I found spamming uppercut or using the non-spiked bat to be most effective. Once they are down you will see a prompt to press LT + X. You will have to push one of the face buttons at the correct time and the achievement will pop. |
